On April 23, 2017, Liu Jianzhong, vice president of HFU, hosted a welcome ceremony for Dr. Wilhelm Wolf, the court president of Hessian, Germany, and the Germany judge delegation at the library.

Liu Zhangshu, minister of HFU Department of Publicity, and Jia Feng, director of InternationalExchangeDivision were present at the meeting.

Liu Jianzhong introduced HFU and the fruit of Sino-German cooperation with 30 years of joint efforts. During the meeting, he recalled the visiting of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in 2015. After that, the delegation visited the Exhibition of 30-Year Sino-German Co-building of HFU , and Dr. Wilhelm Wolf left remarks in the comment book,expressing his confidence and expectation for more fruit.

As a token ofSino-German friendship,a cedar treeis planted on the campus, which confirms the Sino-German cooperation model initiated by HFU, and marks a new phase for the cooperation.

Students from Sino-German Co-set programs attended the meeting, and benefit a lot from their communication with the German guests, especially for their language study, and future study in Germany.
